The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL, along with expertise in microservices architecture. As a Team Lead, you will oversee product execution, ensure technical excellence, and align deliverables with business objectives.

• Lead the design and development of scalable applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions for Kitchen365 s requirements.
• Oversee database architecture and optimization with PostgreSQL.
• Manage the team s daily operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality code.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

• React: 4+ years
• Next.js: 3+ years
• Node.js: 4+ years
• NestJS: 3+ years
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, including database design and performance tuning.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and API gateway integrations.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS ECS.
