Fullstack Developer Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ReactJS, NodeJS, AWS, MySQL, and mobile app development for Android and iOS. Additionally, the candidate should have prior experience leading a team of developers and working in the E-commerce or FMCG industry.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications, driving innovative solutions, and managing end-to-end development cycles while mentoring and leading a team.

Job Descriptions:

1. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js and Express.js, React Js., Axios, GIT, Deployment, React Native, Axios, GIT, APK Bundle

2. Experience with handling Services, APIs integration, GraphQL, MessageQ, FCM

3. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

4. Good knowledge of AWS (Ec2 & S3 Bucket & creating Lambda Function & Micro services)

5. Working Experience of GIT Versioning tools with CI/CD pipeline

6. Depth Knowledge of writing store Procedures in RDBMS (like MySQL)

7. Experience of working in Agile team

8. Knowledge of Design Patterns, design structures and Database structuring.

9. Hands-On at least 4-5 project in react and good knowledge in java script and react Library.

10. Depth Knowledge of Design interesting and Eye Cache niche User Interface

11. Expertise into creating Graph based real time dynamic data visible page/screens

12. Strong knowledge of JavaScript Client Library

13. Experience with creating multiple Services, Modules for APIs integration

14. Have professional experience with UI design API Integration, API Validation, frontend Validation (e.g. REST API, FCM etc.)

15. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

16. Conducting application/APIs performance and unit tests of the code.

17. Experience with application optimization (scalability, security and data protection Like Utilizing Token and local storage)

18. Good communication skills and work ethics to work in a Team.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

1. Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Proven experience in developing mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure and services.
• In-depth knowledge of MySQL and database design principles.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (Git), and Agile methodologies.
2. Leadership Skills:
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
3. Domain Experience:
• Prior experience in the E-commerce or FMCG industry is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of industry-specific requirements, workflows, and challenges.
4. Other Skills:
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional frameworks or libraries (e.g., Redux, GraphQL).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Exposure to user analytics and performance monitoring tools.
