Required Technical Skills:

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Fullstack Developer to guide a team and contribute to the development of enterprise applications using Node.js and AWS. This role requires a combination of strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive projects successfully while mentoring team members.

• Lead and collaborate with the development team to build scalable applications.
• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of solutions using AWS and serverless frameworks.
• Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Support the team in resolving technical challenges and provide guidance on project tasks.
• Work closely with stakeholders to meet project timelines and deliverables.

• Ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration.
• Proactive in identifying risks and suggesting improvements.

• Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong knowledge of OOPS, Git, MongoDB, and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Lambda.
