Job Description

Application Specialist Product segment Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, Cardiology and Endocrinology

Function - Product Demonstration, User Training, Troubleshooting, pre and post sales discussions and customer meetings, GEM Product listing.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The roles and responsibilities are - Understanding clinical principles and product usage. Understanding and explaining product benefits to clinicians and nurses.

Answering customers questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product.

Conducting device demos on patients.

Training nursing staff, technicians and doctors on product usage, storage, cleaning and troubleshooting.

Managing multiple demo sites.

Supporting the sales team to get feedback from doctors/stakeholders.

Work with GEM team for product listing and comparisons.

Desired Experience Level (Number of Years, Domain Area):

Minimum 2 years of experience, fresher need not apply.

Out-station travel is required.

Desired Educational Qualifications:

B.E Biomedical Engineering / B Pharma / B Tech as minimum from reputable institute is preferable however other engineering fields can also be considered provided candidate has relevant experience in medical equipment / devices.

Technical Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Being multilingual and having previous experience in Critical Care/ICU would be a plus.
Must be proficient in computers with full knowledge on MS Office, Windows etc.
