Job Description
We are looking for dynamic team members, who are excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Ours is an opportunity to quickly build skills and gain responsibility in both technical and customer-facing tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding clinical principles and product usage
- Understanding and explaining product benefits to clinicians and nurses
- Answering customers questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product.
- Conducting device demos on patients.
- Training nursing staff on product usage, storage, cleaning and troubleshooting.
- Service support such as trouble-shooting
Number of positions open : 5
Desired Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors in one of the following areas-
a. Nursing
b. Engineering
c. Public Health
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device technology
- Good communication skills
- Experience of working in hospitals and communicating with Doctors, especially with ObGyn, Pediatrics, or ICU (Prefered)
- Looking for candidates with initiative and a positive attitude who are looking to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
