Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understanding clinical principles and product usage

• Understanding and explaining product benefits to clinicians and nurses

• Answering customers questions (clinical and technical) on how to use the product.

• Conducting device demos on patients.

• Training nursing staff on product usage, storage, cleaning and troubleshooting.

• Service support such as trouble-shooting

• Basic understanding of Physiology/Clinical terms and/or medical device technology

• Good communication skills

• Experience of working in hospitals and communicating with Doctors, especially with ObGyn, Pediatrics, or ICU (Prefered)

• Looking for candidates with initiative and a positive attitude who are looking to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
