Sr. Manager / Manager - IT

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure smooth work of overall IT department
• Support business for efficient IT operations including remote employees, dealers.
• Effective usage of human resources.
• Work closely with Regional and Global IT teams for implementation of IT policies, IT Security, WAN and day to day support to the end users.
• Interact with SMEs, HODs and other stakeholders for implementation of SAP, CRM or any other relevant systems/applications.
• Work closely with Finance for budgeting, Purchase dept for PO and any other purchase requirements.
• Close interaction with IT vendors. Ensure timely payments to them and see that AMC or relevant support is available.

• Knowledge of Office 365 and cloud, collaboration
• Communication/presentation/negotiation skills.
• IT budgeting (CapEx/OpEx)
• Knowledge and awareness of ITIL. Experience of Change Management.
• General awareness about drawing software like AutoCAD, SolidWorX etc.and their specific requirements of licenses, hardware etc
• Incident tickets raised and resolved - Infrastructure and SAP
• LAN and WAN uptime. For WAN, coordinate with TATA & HQ Team
• SAP Change Requests Evaluation and implementation.
• Implementation of IT policy for Infra, Apps, Security
• Effective usage of O365, awareness, training to users
• Participate in various local/regional/global IT projects and support.
• Build rapport with vendors for efficient support, availability of materials
• IT Operations and Projects- successful coordination, execution and implementation
• Support business for efficient and effective IT systems.
• IT purchases
• SLA monitoring
• IT Assets Management

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 10-15 Yrs.in manufacturing companies (preferably MNCs)

Qualifications: BE Computer
