Job Title: Training and Placement Coordinator

Location: Kingston Educational Institute, West Bengal

Experience Required: 3 to 4 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute training & placement strategies to enhance student employability.
• Establish and maintain relationships with companies for internships, OJT, and final placements.
• Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and industrial visits.
• Conduct pre-placement training sessions, including resume building, interview preparation, and soft skills enhancement.
• Coordinate with departments to understand student career aspirations and align job opportunities.
• Track student progress from training to placement using a structured system.
• Ensure timely follow-up with recruiters and students post-placement for feedback and improvement.
• Maintain placement records and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Organize alumni interactions and industry expert sessions for career guidance.

Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years in training and placement, recruitment, or corporate relations.
• Skills Required:
• Strong networking and corporate relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of campus recruitment processes and industry trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools for tracking placements.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
