Sr. Executive - Reconciliation

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Excel Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial reconciliation including ecommerce reconciliations, data analysis, and financial statement preparation using Excel and other available reconciliation tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel functions, and an understanding of finance and accounting concepts.

Role & responsibilities : 1. Reconciliation & Data Validation:

Assist in performing reconciliations using Excel and available reconciliation tools.

Identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy in financial records.

Support in reconciling order to cash, commercials, bank statements, vendor accounts, general ledger balances etc.

2.Financial Data Analysis:

Conduct data analysis related to finance and accounting to identify trends and insights.

Utilize Excel formulas, pivot tables, and lookups for data summarization and reporting.

Assist in preparing management reports, variance analysis, and key performance metrics.

3.Financial Statement Preparation:

Support in the preparation of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.

Assist in compiling and organizing financial data for internal and external reporting.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and reporting standards.

Preferred candidate profile : Experience in financial data analysis or reconciliation processes.

Exposure to ERP systems, accounting software, or automation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Experience with reconciliation tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
