Role Overview:

We are seeking a Cash Reconciliation Executive to manage and reconcile daily cash transactions, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient in Excel, and possess prior experience in finance and accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Reconciliation: Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Bank Statement Analysis: Analyze and verify bank statements, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of reconciliations and prepare regular financial reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve reconciliation issues and improve processes.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing relevant data and explanations for cash transactions.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in finance and accounts, specifically in cash reconciliation.
• Skills:
• Proficient communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas is a must)
• Well-versed in bank reconciliation processes and statement analysis
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
