Management should be better. Salary should be better if you take 12 13 hr a day provide a good salary. Prblm of housekeeping.due to insufficient of house keeping we are the person who is doing a cleaning senior also cleaning. Focus on these. Sufficient staff more work.try to fulfill in every outlet more number of staff which improves our operation smoothly.
