We’re looking for an experienced Manager – Business Development to drive growth and expansion in Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire prime real estate for new restaurant outlets across Tamil Nadu.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to expand Barbeque Nation’s footprint in high-potential trade areas.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for site acquisition and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in commercial real estate, site acquisition, or business development, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Strong understanding of Tamil Nadu’s real estate market and regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of relevant trade areas for restaurant brands.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Proficiency in real estate documentation and legal compliance.
