Job Description


The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, fully leased, and compliant with all applicable regulations. This role involves coordinating with tenants, vendors, and internal teams to maintain the highest standards of property management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:


Property Operations:

    • Manage daily property operations, including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet quality and safety standards.
    • Coordinate repair and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Tenant Management:

    • Handle tenant onboarding, lease agreements, and renewals.
    • Address tenant queries and grievances, providing prompt and effective solutions.
    • Foster strong relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Financial Management:

    • Prepare and manage property budgets, including operational costs and capital expenses.
    • Oversee rent collections, track delinquencies, and implement strategies for timely payments.
    • Prepare financial reports for property owners, detailing revenue, expenses, and ROI.

Vendor Coordination:

    • Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers.
    • Negotiate contracts for maintenance, utilities, and other services to ensure cost efficiency.

Compliance & Legal:

    • Ensure properties comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
    • Manage all legal aspects of property management, including lease enforcement and eviction processes.

Marketing & Leasing:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for property promotion and tenant acquisition.
    • Ensure high occupancy rates through effective leasing strategies and market analysis.

Reporting & Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate records of property operations, tenant interactions, and financial transactions.
    • Provide regular updates to property owners on property performance and improvement plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Certification in property management (e.g., CPM, RERA certification) is a plus.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties is preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
