Senior Manager Commercial Documentation

Position Overview

This role will be instrumental in initiating and maintaining commercials related documentation for resources that are aligned to respective specializations/crafts. The person will be required to coordinate with local market finance teams to ensure that the documentation required for cross charging resources is completed timely and accurately. The role will be instrumental in working closely with the specialization/craft teams and Finance to ensure that resources are being cross charged as per the agreed scope with respective markets.

Responsibilities

• Timely initiation of commercials related documentation for resources as per aligned scope of work with markets
• Maintain up to date information ensuring documentation as per current rate card published by Global Finance
• Collaborate with the Client Engagement team to understand the scope of work and tie it accurately to the commercials
• Engage with local market finance teams to provide additional information to facilitate timely documentation
• Record keeping of all commercials documentation as required by Finance
• Maintain a contact repository of local market finance teams for effective collaboration
• Perform periodic reconciliation of documentation records with finance team
• Timely escalate to senior leadership any matters pertaining to commercials related documentation

Qualification - Required Skills

• Proficient in communication, both written and spoken English
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a profile handling commercials related documentation such as SOW
• Sound knowledge Microsoft Office tools, not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of commercials documentation
• Readiness to support across time zones as per business need
• Be flexible to embrace change management and adapt quickly

Qualifications - Desired Skills

• Overall working experience of atleast 10 years
• Experience in building commercial models and rate cards in the offshoring space
