Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to generate new business opportunities and increase sales.
2. Conduct market research and identify potential customers and their needs and build a good pipeline.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
5. Track progress and negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
7. Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
8. Attend networking events, exhibitions and tradeshows to build relationships and generate leads
9. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B sales cycles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as required.
