Job Overview:
Consortium Gifts is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and target potential clients within the Bangalore region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to understand their needs and offer suitable products.
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and product presentations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Keep up-to-date with product information, competitors' activities, and market trends.
Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and preferences.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and contracts.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in corporate gifting or related industries.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
