Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct cold calls and send targeted emails to potential customers in the Indian market to introduce Hublers solutions and generate interest.
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads based on their potential fit with Hublers offerings, ensuring a high-quality pipeline of prospects for the sales team.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the Indian SaaS sector to effectively engage prospects.
CRM Management: Utilize CRM system to track and manage interactions with prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies, share insights, and contribute to overall sales goals.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline progress to the sales leadership team.
Startup Challenge: Embrace the dynamic and fast-paced nature of a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation within the SaaS industry, with a focus on the Indian market.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence prospects effectively.
Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle objections, build rapport, and close deals, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Indian SaaS landscape, including key players, industry trends, and customer needs.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation software, and other relevant technology.
No-Code Platforms: Familiarity with no-code platforms is preferred, as it aligns with our technology and customer solutions.
Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, coupled with a positive and proactive attitude.
Startup Experience: Prior experience working in a startup environment is a plus, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Travel: Minimal travel may be required as per business needs.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
