Job Description

Role & responsibilities :

Job Responsibilities: Core Delivery:

Lead Management :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with leads

generated through digital channels

• Process leads by collecting and verifying relevant information.

• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and determine the

appropriate next steps.

Customer Interaction:

• Provide accurate information about products and services to

potential customers.

• Address customer queries, concerns, and requests in a

professional and courteous manner.

• Build rapport with leads to understand their needs and offer

tailored solutions.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales and Credit teams to ensure

alignment and effective lead handover.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance, share

insights, and contribute to process improvements.

Customer Service Excellence:

• Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on customer


satisfaction.

• Resolve issues and escalate complex queries to appropriate team

members as needed.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure

consistency and compliance.

Qualifications: Education: 2 nd PUC, Any degree


Work Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years experience


Other Requirements:


 Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

 Proficiency in using CRM software and call center technology.

 Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

 Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks

effectively.
