Job Title: Business Reporting Specialist
Department : Business Operations & Customer Support
Team: HO Business Reporting & Analytics / Business Operations
Purpose of Job: Ensure error free business data reporting
Job Responsibilities:
Core Delivery:
⮚ Manage the day to day Business Reporting requirements
⮚ Manage the Business Data & Collection data of the Organization.
⮚ Identify better/more efficient ways to execute larger volumes of
information without errors
⮚ Manage the team to deliver monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Analysis
⮚ To manage all types of business data reporting – both to internal and
external stake holders.
⮚ Generating on-time, quality, custom reports based on requirements of
external stakeholders such as bankers, lenders, investors, etc.
⮚ Coordination with other department teams ensuring control mechanisms
are setup for effective monitoring of data.
⮚ Analyze and report the impact of different "things" that affect the risk
thresholds of the company
⮚ Manage the changes to systems and processes to
collect/analyze/improve what we do Work across people, systems,
silos.
⮚ Being able to interpret the outcome of various analysis of data at the
organization level.
Qualifications:
Education: Any graduate / post graduate
Work Experience:: Minimum 5 – 6 years experience
