Job Title:Business Operations Analyst-CPU
Department :Business Operations & Customer Care
Report To:Business Operations Lead
Purpose of Job:Responsible for processing all collection related activities
Job Responsibilities:
Repayment related Responsibilities:
ï To ensure that the repayment documents are properly maintained and filed.
ï To make sure that the ACH mandates are registered on time with minimal returns.
ï Ensure proper preparation and presentation of Monthly demand in proper cycles on time.
ï Ensure tracking of short PDCs.
ï Keep a track of EMI holds requests received from field and ensure proper updation in system.
ï Ensure on-time updation of repayment realization status received from bank.
Collections related Responsibilities:
ï Ensure day-to-day updation of collections in core system.
ï On time Co-ordination and processing of Loan closures, fore-closures, part payments, write-offs etc.
ï Keeping a track of DO partner collections and reporting them to F&A for payments.
ï Keeping a track of refunds and processing the same on time.
ï Should be able to Support and clear Collection Clearing Account suspense on monthly basis.
ï Should Support in clearing BRS suspense follow-up and need to make sure it is all updated and cleared.
ï Monitoring Digital payments made by customers.
ï Coordinating with Call center team and filed for better customer experience.
ï Coordinating with Audit and F&A teams for fulfilling the adhoc requirements.
Customer Support

Reports
ï Preparation and sharing of Daily, Weekly and monthly reports on time.
ï Preparation and sharing of any adhoc reports as and when required.Qualifications:Education: Any graduate.
Work Experience: Minimum of 3years of total experience in payment Operations.
Age: Below 35years.
Other Requirements:High level of self-motivation, determination and confidence in your abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Numeracy and a strong aptitude for mathematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and clear logical thinking.
A keen interest in the financial system combined with excellent commercial awareness.
Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure, and the willingness to put in the extra hours when needed.
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.
Computer Knowledge
Good moral character
Fluent in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and other south Indian languages is preferred other than English.
Good in Knowledge in excel.
Very Good Communication and negotiating skills
