Role & responsibilities

The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive organizational culture and ensuring that Kidzonia attracts, retains, and develops a highly motivated and dedicated team.

This team will be instrumental in executing the company's vision and driving its long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures and programs
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of HR including onboarding, retention, performance management and employee engagement
• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of the organization and foster a welcoming and safe working environment
• Conduct and coordinate training and development programs for employees to enhance skills and personal growth
• Stay up-to-date with legal changes and new regulations in HR policy and advise the HR Manager on recommended actions

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years experience in HR management, preferably in an education or childcare setting
