Program Coordinator - Malleshwaram - Bangalore

We are looking for Program Coordinator for one of our clients based out of Malleswaram, Bangalore

Job purpose The Program Coordinator SEL Programs is a crucial contributor towards program design, development & delivery of SEL, Values & Character Education Programs. The Job involves deep-rooted interaction with clients to understand needs and delivery mechanisms, overseeing implementation & assessing impact.

Role & responsibilities

• Speaking with School principals, coordinators, and teachers to understand needs of clients, briefing & coordinating with the content & operations team to ensure the development of relevant & customized curriculum, lesson plans, events, training etc
• Creation & maintenance of School Profiles, Educator Class Schedules, Class Trackers, Project Reports, Educator Class Journals, Attendance Logs, Saksham platform.
• Maintenance of program learning modules, props & any other material related to class provided & school authorities
• Values Based Events Contribute to planning, organizing, and follow-up for events in schools etc
• Oversee administering of credible assessments to understand program impact
• Discuss, review & document program progress with concerned educators, content team, program manager & school authorities as per prescribed timelines & format
• Deliver Saksham Values Programs independently as an Educator wherever feasible and needed
• Regular interaction with Students, Educators & School Management

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with a degree from a recognized state/central/private university is preferred

• Must know how to work on projects in Values Education/Social Emotional Learning/Character Education/Psychology/Counseling Job Description Program Coordinator Character Education Programs
• High level of written & spoken proficiency in English & speaking ability in Kannada/Hindi
• Willingness to travel within city to client locations
• Proficiency in working with essential business software
