Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Employee Relations

Role & responsibilities

• Expert in Labour laws / Statutory Compliances for a Manufacturing Industry, Contractors, Regional Offices spread PAN India.
• Good knowledge of conducting domestic enquiries,
• Grievances Handling Visiting shopfloor everyday, meeting employees, developing network, grasping grievances, discuss with management, resolve whichever is possible and give feedback to concerned member.
• Knowledge of handling union, strikes, lockouts, agitations, etc would be added advantage.
• Computer savvy – Should be good in MS Office, Power point, Word, email management.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA / MHRM / MSW

LLB would be an added advantage
