Role & responsibilities

HR Asst Manager who has worked in IATF 16949 certified automotive company and has done following work :-

Induction
Conducts orientation program to new employees.
Welfare ( Most Imp )
1) Employee Training & Records

2) All HR Responsibilities as per IATF 16949 guidelines.

3) Attends to employees grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.

4) Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment.

5) Health & Safety Measures

Administration Work:

Coordinate for Maintenance of Office Facilities

Responsible for overall Housekeeping of factory and Offices

Security and Visitors Management

Waste Management 5S Activities.

Check daily Attendance Data

Maintain data Record of new join & resigning employee.

Arranging staff bus facility on day-to-day basis.

Taking care of Canteen activity including food availability.

Legal Compliances

Employment/Labor, Compensation Act

Legal Liaison with various bodies

Preferred candidate profile

Expert user of MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Two wheeler is must.
