Job Description
Senior Quantity surveyor (Buildings): Candidate having civil engineering or Quantity Survey degree with 10+ years of building works (i.e., Residential, Commercial, Hospitals, Hotels, Luxury Villas, High rise building, Stadiums etc.) experience in the Engineering consultancy design firm for the following precontract activities
Quantity takeoff for civil, architectural, structural, Interior Design & Furniture, Fixtures & Equipments
Preparation of BOQ using different Method of Measurements
Preparation of Cost Estimate in various different stages
Contract conditions preparation using Standard Contract Conditions.
Knowledge in Building specification & construction Methodology
QS software experience
Team works skills
Effective communication skill
Technical Report writing
Assisting PM for contractual issues
MRICS (Optional)
