Role & responsibilities

• Keep precise records of guest interactions, inquiries, and feedback to facilitate reporting, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
• Manage MIS for launches
• Deliver compelling and professional presentations of residential building projects in the AV room to showcase property features and benefits effectively to visitors.
• Handle data entry responsibilities to uphold accurate client information and interaction records, streamlining communication and relationship management.
• Organize and carry out promotional events like spin wheel offers to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, thereby supporting sales initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Required to work on Saturdays and Sundays with one weekday off.
