We are currently looking to hire interns for our Pune location for a duration of 3 months, Graduates & Postgraduates students.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
• Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
• Ability to adhere to a schedule of customer appointments.
• Administrating a queue of customers with constant coordination with multiple stakeholders
• Good verbal and written communications skills (Proficiency in English, Hindi & Marathi)
• Effective consumer communication
• Excellent prioritization skills and an ability to make decisions quickly.
• Working in team environments, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members
