1. Creative Conceptualization & Execution
∙Develop high-quality designs, illustrations, and motion
graphics for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and
print media.
∙Conceptualize and execute brand campaigns, product

2. Team Management
∙Oversee a team of graphic designers and video editors

3. Digital & Print Asset Development

materials.
∙Ensure all assets are optimized for different platforms,
resolutions, and audience engagement.
4. UI/UX Design for Websites & Digital Platforms
∙Design engaging user interfaces (UI) and user
experiences (UX) for websites, landing pages, and
applications.
∙Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth
implementation of visual elements.
∙Optimize digital assets for mobile responsiveness,
accessibility, and performance.
5. Motion Graphics & Video Editing
∙Create and supervise animated videos, product demos,
brand storytelling, and social media reels.
∙Ensure high-quality video editing, transitions, and
visual effects align with brand aesthetics.
∙Work closely with video editors to enhance storytelling
through motion graphics.
6. Brand Consistency & Creative Direction)
∙Maintain and evolve the brands visual identity across
all communication channels.
∙Ensure consistent use of typography, color schemes,
and design elements.
∙Update and manage brand guidelines, design
frameworks, and style guides.
7. Collaboration with Marketing & Content Teams)
∙Work closely with marketing and content to develop
campaign visuals and marketing creatives.
∙Ensure designs support SEO, performance marketing,
and audience engagement goals.
∙Align creatives with marketing automation, email
campaigns, and paid ad requirements.
8. Innovation & Creative Trends Adaptation)
∙Stay updated with emerging trends in design, AI-driven
tools, and digital storytelling.
∙Explore new design techniques, tools, and software to
enhance creative output.
∙Introduce new design methodologies, animation
techniques, and interactive content formats.
9. Project & Workflow Management)
∙Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely
delivery without compromising quality.
∙Streamline design workflows, maintain proper file
organization and version control.
∙Optimize team productivity through efficient task
allocation and project tracking.
10. Quality Control & Troubleshooting
∙Conduct design reviews, ensuring high-quality visuals
for digital and print media.
