WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO DO

As a Senior Motion Graphic Designer & Trainer, your role is a perfect mix of creativity and mentorship. You will:

Train & Mentor

• Conduct structured training sessions for small student batches.
• Teach Graphic design, Motion graphics, and video editing techniques using industry tools.
• Guide students on real-world projects, portfolio building, and creative storytelling.

Creative Design & Motion Graphics

• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics, branding collaterals, and animations.
• Edit and compile raw footage to create engaging video content with graphics, animation, and effects.
• Collaborate with designers and editors to develop content strategies for social media & marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand identity.

Stay Updated with Industry Trends

• Keep up with the latest motion design trends, software, and animation techniques to improve learning outcomes.

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

Experience & Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Design, Motion Graphics, and Video Editing.
• Strong ability to communicate ideas visually—whether through sketches, images, or animations.

Motion Graphics & Design Skills

• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of color theory, layout, design patterns, and typography.
• Experience in storyboarding, visual storytelling, and video production workflows.

Soft Skills & Communication

• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design concepts effectively.
