Motion Graphics Designer

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
* Develop high-quality 2D&3D animations using various software tools and techniques.
* Implement motion graphics and visual effects that enhance the overall storytelling.
* Ensure animations are synchronized with audio, timing, and project specifications.
* Review and revise animations based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance animation skills.
* Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of animations into marketing campaigns.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Job Specifications/Qualification:

* Proven experience as an Motion Graphics Designer, preferably in an ad agency or creative environment.
* Proficient in using animation software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe
* Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
* Should have hands-on experience of Audio Softwares.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of animation styles and techniques.
* Solid understanding of composition, and timing principles.
* Knowledge of motion graphics principles.
* Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.
* Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into animations.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
