Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Lead the technical design and architecture of .NET-based applications.

Make key technical decisions related to the use of .NET technologies, frameworks, and tools.

  Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve development processes and product functionality.

 Ability to manage project timelines, resources, and team productivity effectively.

Good knowledge in project cost estimation.

In-depth knowledge of the .NET technology stack, including but not limited to C#, .NET Framework,ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL Server) and ORM technologies (Entity Framework, Dapper)
Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and API versioning strategies
Understanding and enforcement of coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
Ability to assess project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and address technical roadblocks.
Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, helping them to grow and succeed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams (business analysts, development teams, QA teams, etc.) to deliver a cohesive product.
