- Develop and implement comprehensive MEP project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and commissioning of MEP equipment and systems.
- Managing day to day activities at site.
- Provide Technical Advice to onsite supervisors, service vendors/Architect.
- Analyze the MEP issues & formulate solutions.
- Ability to read detailed GFC drawings and advise, formulate drawings, coordination with consultants/Architects.
- Evaluate work of consultants, GC/Architects & advise construction Lead.
- Reviewing GC installation method statements.
- Review contractors shop drawings against the design drawings for compliance.
- Able to prepare technical clarifications to the design to suit specific on-site construction and coordination issues.
- Able to certify the contractor invoices along with joint measurements.
- Should have enough technical expertise in HVAC system, electrical, PHE, security system, LV system, BMS, high & low side services for all trades including WTP/STP and solar system.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that projects delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical. feasibility.
- Lead project delivery resources/team (typically larger more experienced team) including PMC and Cost Management consultancy and providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
- Implement project documentation governance aligned with SOP requirements.
- Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated.
- Keep a track progress of each activities against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines.
- Reports status and variances.
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule.
- Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to project resources informed.
- Facilitates project meetings.
- Demonstrates ability to identify and pre-empt complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE.
- 12+ years for Green Field Projects.
- Base build projects working with Owner/Developer/PMC.
- Candidate should have hospital experience at least 5 years.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS.
- Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from College or University in a technical area of study.
Other:
- Excellent knowledge & skills with AutoCAD and MS office.
- Working experience in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
- Preparing contract documents and PO terms.
- Knowledge of Architect/Consultant/PM/CM contracts and agreements.
- Analysis and approve the contractor and other consultants claim.
