Role Description :
- This is a full-time remote role for a Senior SAP Finance Control Consultant (SAP FICO) at KGiSL.
- The role involves tasks related to CO-PA, business processes, analytical skills, finance, and SAP FICO.
- The consultant will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in SAP FICO to drive financial control and improve processes.
Qualifications :
- At least 10+ Years of Exp in- SAP FICO.
- Experience with Greenfield SAP S/4 Hana.
- At least 4 End to End Implementation project should have been done.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Controlling (CO) modules, emphasizing Actual Costing (Material Ledger) and Product Costing (CO-PC).
- Configure and optimize Material Ledger for accurate actual costing functionality, including multi-level price determination and real-time cost updates.
- Manage and troubleshoot cost object controlling, cost center accounting, and profit center accounting.
- Ensure periodic price calculation and revaluation of inventories and work in process (WIP).
- Maintain accurate product costing, including cost variances, activity types, and overheads.
- Collaborate with the finance team to align actual costs with CO-PA (Profitability Analysis) and the general ledger.
- Work within the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring seamless integration of Actual Costing with FI (Finance), MM (Materials Management), and PP (Production Planning).
- Provide support for RICEFW development, UT, SIT, end-user training, and UAT.
- Act as a liaison between the finance team and the IT department to ensure correct implementation and integration of costing requirements into the SAP system.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on cost structures, inventory revaluation, and cost flow tracking for the finance department.
- Deliver end-user training sessions on FICO.
- Provide ongoing post-go-live support and troubleshoot any issues arising in the FICO module.
- Strong experience in Cost element accounting, internal orders, COPA, and profit center accounting.
- Experience in General Ledger Accounting, Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Experience in the mining or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with activity-based costing (ABC) and overhead costing.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori for financial reporting and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex costing scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
