Position: AR Caller / Senior AR Caller

Shift Timing: 07:30 PM to 04:30 AM

Experience: 2.5+ Years

Scope of Work:

1. Should have knowledge in Hospital Billing,

2. Calling the insurance to obtain the claim Status.

3. Based on the Denial Reason should take the action towards the resolution.

4. Should have hand's on experience in fixing the Denials.

5. Should have basic coding knowledge.

6. Should be well verse with clearing house, claim submission and rejections

Primary Skills:

1. Should have good Communication.

2. Should have hands-on experience working in hospital billing.

3. Should have good communication skills.

4. Should have worked on the appeal process.

5. Should be aware of claim status check through insurance webportal.

Secondary Skills:

1. Knowledge on skilled nursing will be added advantage.

2. Knowledge in Microsoft Office is added advantage.
