Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Checking of Construction area statement.
- Work out Quantities of Residential projects (i.e. R.C.C & Finishing Quantities) as per drawings. (i.e. R.C.C & Architectural Drawings) in COSTX software.
- Material attachment of concrete, steel and various materials in SAP.
- Preparation of BOQ and attachment to be done in SAP.
- Co-ordination with Architect department for Room wise Specification and Scope of work.
- Preparation of Budget of Residential project and Co-ordination with Purchase and Contracts department for Material as per current market rates and Labour rates.
- Discuss technical problems / drawings & site execution difficulties with the concern persons.
