Position Summary:

As a Skin Care Consultant, you will provide personalized, call-based consultations to clients seeking expert advice on skin care routines, product recommendations, and solutions for specific skin concerns. Your role will involve assessing clients' skin types, concerns, and goals to create customized skincare plans. You’ll need a strong understanding of skincare products and ingredients, an empathetic approach, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct call-based consultations with clients to understand their skincare needs, goals, and concerns.

- Assess clients' skin types and conditions, such as dryness, sensitivity, acne, pigmentation, and aging concerns.

- Provide expert recommendations on skincare routines, including cleanser, toner, moisturizer, sunscreen, and specialized treatments.

- Educate clients on the benefits and potential side effects of products and ingredients.

- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and research to provide accurate and effective guidance.

- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up consultations to monitor progress and adjust recommendations as needed.

- Document and maintain consultation notes to track each client’s skincare journey and provide consistent, ongoing support.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of skincare science, including skin types, conditions, ingredients, and product usage.

- Certification in dermatology, esthetics, or cosmetology is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach to customer service.

- Ability to work independently and manage consultation schedules effectively.

- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for scheduling and conducting virtual consultations.

- Previous experience in skincare consultancy, esthetics, or a related field is an advantage.
