Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Key Account Manager - Quick Commerce to drive and manage partnerships with leading quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and others. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our products are optimally represented, available, and growing within these fast-paced platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key quick commerce platforms and stakeholders.
- Drive sales growth by implementing strategies to enhance product visibility and availability.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new products, ensuring optimal catalog placement, accurate product descriptions, and competitive pricing.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns, offers, and deals in coordination with quick commerce partners.
- Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and platform metrics to identify opportunities and optimize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, and operations) to ensure timely order fulfillment and superior customer experience.
- Stay updated with platform trends, new feature rollouts, and evolving consumer behavior on quick commerce platforms.
- Monitor competitor activity and implement best practices to gain a competitive edge.
- Ensure smooth execution of key events and campaigns on quick commerce platforms.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing accounts on quick commerce platforms or in a similar ecommerce-focused role.
- Strong understanding of quick commerce dynamics, including consumer behavior and platform-specific promotional strategies.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Excel to derive actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A passion for organic products and sustainable living is a bonus!
