Responsibilities:
1. Organize employee engagement activities
2. Deliver and implement the highest quality induction and on-boarding programs for new hires to introduce the employee to his/her new role and responsibilities; define goals and set expectations
3. Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances and maintain cordial employee relations.
4. To drive and create Fun at Work Atmosphere by planning and executing team games, contests, Company outing, Sports meet, cultural events etc. on a monthly / annual basis as a part of team building activity through in-house event teams.
5. Counsel employees on various behavioral issues like perennial absenteeism, late coming, misconduct etc.
6. Design disciplinary procedures, final warning, employee termination, etc.
7. Ensure proper documentations of the issues, procedure and action plans.
8. Early Engagement Program to understand challenges and thereby liasioning with business and creating action plans
9. Effectively administrate the PIP process (Performance Improvement Plan) across organizations
10. Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys
11. Initiate and administer periodic employee satisfaction surveys
What you bring to the table:
1. 2+ years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement activities in any organization, preferably in the BPO/KPO industry
2. Good verbal and written communication
3. Willingness to work from office for 6 days in a week
