Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale, increase productivity and retention​
• Plan and drive Employee Engagement calendar​
• Employee Engagement through Group Sessions, SKIP and One on One sessions​
• Organize Fun activities to keep workforce motivated​
• Handle day to day employee queries​
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation​
• Conduct Policy Refresher Sessions ​
• Communicate updates/changes on policy /processes to employees ​
• Drive Performance Appraisal of team members​
• Manage and resolve complex employee issues ​
• Handle Disciplinary cases and provide resolution by conducting effective and objective investigations​
• Data management

Required Skills:

• Minimum 2 +years of relevant experience in a contact center setup
• Proficiency with HRMS Tools.
• Project & People Management Skills.
• Excellent communication
• Strong leadership & team managing skills.
• Immediate joiners Preferred.
