About the Role:
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented interns to support our business development team in registering Cogenthub as a vendor with targeted companies in specific verticals. This role involves conducting market research, managing vendor registration processes, and establishing our presence in key industries where we aim to expand our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Registration:

• Identify and gather requirements for vendor registration processes for companies in targeted verticals such as Aviation, Telecom, Travel & Hospitality, E-commerce, Hi-Tech, and Healthcare Support.
• Submit and track vendor registration applications.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with company-specific requirements.

2. Market Research & Database Management:

• Research potential companies where Cogenthub could offer outsourcing services.
• Build and maintain a database of companies, their registration processes, and contact points.

3. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the business development teams to align vendor registration goals with company objectives.
• Provide regular updates on registration progress and challenges.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of all communication and submissions.
• Generate weekly reports on the status of vendor registrations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite tools.
• A basic understanding of vendor management processes is a plus.
