Responsibilities: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE Contact potential or existing donors to inform them about our company's products. Answer questions about our products. Ask questions to understand donor's requirements and close sales. Enter and update donor information in the database. The call will have 4 major objectives: What you bring to the table: Perks and benefits: To show gratitude towards donors, keep in mind the tone of voice by thanking them for the work they have done to save many lives. Get an idea as to why they dropped off from donating to a fundraiser and make note of their feedback. It could be a technical error or their personal choice, but gathering this information is crucial. Sales - This is where the candidate will request the donor to donate to that particular fundraiser by persuading them. If the opportunity presents itself, the candidate would be expected to upsell the amount. (For example: Lets assume INR 1000 was the amount they were intending to donate, the candidate would try & upsell 25% more).
What you bring to the table:
1. Work experience of 0-2 years in Tele calling
2. Willingness to work from office for 6 days in a week
