Intern - Founder's Office

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated fresher intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and work closely with our leadership team. The intern will assist in executing various activities including secondary and primary research, finding leads, performing Excel analysis, and transforming insights into high-quality documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research online to gather relevant information and insights
• Perform primary research through surveys, interviews, and direct communication with leads
• Assist in finding and qualifying leads for the new business venture
• Organize meetings with potential leads and partners
• Perform data analysis using Excel and other tools to support decision-making.
• Create and design presentations to communicate research findings and strategic plans.
• Support the Vice President in daily tasks and special projects as needed
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree (or final year student) in Business, Media, Technology, or related fields
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship
• Self-starter with a hustler mentality
• Basic understanding of business concepts and principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
