Manager - Growth & Strategy

Kesaria Rubber is a forward-thinking organization committed to manufacturing world-class Sealing Solutions in Rubber, TPE & PTFE materials. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Manager - Growth & Strategy to drive our business expansion initiatives, foster strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities to propel our organization to the next level.

Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Execution
• Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to define long-term objectives and KPIs.
2. Business Development
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities and revenue streams.
• Oversee end-to-end management of strategic partnerships and alliances.
3. Operational Oversight
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet objectives.
• Develop detailed action plans for business expansion projects.
4. Market Positioning & Branding
• Strengthen the companys market presence through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Provide insights to the marketing team for positioning products and services effectively.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking forums

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business development or growth initiatives (experience in Rubber / Plastics Industry is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities' effectively in a fast-paced environment.
