Job Description
Website Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of website data to identify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities to enhance the HCP webpages structure, content, and user experience.
Strategic Insights: Develop reports and dashboards that provide strategic recommendations to improve website performance, increase user engagement, and enhance information delivery.
Reporting Visualization: Create reports and data visualizations using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the digital marketing, IT, and content teams to align web analytics insights with broader business goals and strategies.
Content Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of web content, suggesting optimizations that align with health care professionals needs and expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously refine the webpage analytics process, ensuring data accuracy and quality while identifying ways to improve the overall online experience for health care professionals.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is required. A masters degree is advantageous.
Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, web analytics, or digital marketing, ideally within the health care or pharmaceutical industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Advanced Excel skills are beneficial.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategic insights for the HCP webpage.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing and building relationships to achieve strategic goals.
