...grades all doing same job with different salaries ranging from 12 LPA to 24 LPA. It is like a slow poison you stay you increase your salary don't grow in terms of role ultimately gets way over paid and company chicks you off at 45+ age and you end up jobless 3. All managerial roles are given to external hires with top B school degrees

Apart from salary, nothing to like about.

Politics at its peak! Few managers are very toxic that you would ruin your family life and you would go into depression! And HR knowing it all, are acting blind! To remain sane, the only option was to resign!

Quite disturbance after the separation of consumer division, uneven targets & growth, many top management employees left recently

As I am on third party payroll , MEDICLAIM , Salary increment & DA are very poor . Till now the DA is 200 INR !!! 😑 In fact they who are direct payroll , they have also poor salary increment along with promotions etc.
