Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location -Pune

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible to drive business for Delhi/NCR with P&L accountability.
• Work closely with Sales Head to strategize, grow and nurture business across all product categories & customers in the branch.
• Understand and identify sales opportunities.
• Accountable to achieve set targets in his region.
• Building & handling the distribution network to ensure regular supply & service to the trade/market.
• Monitoring, controlling, motivating, training & effectively handling the sales team to meet the desired goals.
• Day to Day monitoring of field force, taking proper reporting from them.
• working out plan for sales promotional activities, trade schemes.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Minimum 12 years of sales experience in consumer durable industry with experience in managing sales teams and developing sales strategies.
• Candidates having prior experience in consumer durables or whitegoods preferred.

Education Qualification

• Graduation/Post Graduation
