TheSurvey Researcher (Manager/Consultant) will draft and conduct data surveys forclients, collecting information on Customer satisfaction, Dealer Satisfaction,Vendor Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and other market related survey research,and similar topics

Managing/Creating anindependent team of members of Survey Research Division including Associatesand Research Analysts
ProspectivePre-Sales/ Post Sales Client Meetings / Client presentations
Creating ClientProposals / Filling Tenders for government bodies related to Survey Research
Handling the clientprojects from kick off meeting to final delivery of project
Pitching the projectsto the prospective clients and seeking repeat business
Imparting necessaryskills / training required on need basis
Part of hiringprocess when scheduling interviews with new recruits
Duties/Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Prepares and manages surveyprojects for clients on various topics including customer satisfaction,employee satisfaction, vendor satisfaction, dealer satisfaction, marketresearch, opinions, politics, and/or health care
Meets with clients todetermine requirements and objectives of the survey
Coordinates withother researchers to identify the most effective survey method; methods mayinclude questionnaires, focus groups, CATIs, market research surveys, andopinion polls
Plans, writes, andproofreads survey questions; tests the survey to determine the time requiredfor completion
Facilitates executionand fielding of the survey, whether by phone, mail, online, or other delivery
Collects data andsurvey results
Analyzes data andprepares reports/dashboards; delivers or distributes reports to present surveyfindings to clients
Performs otherrelated duties as assigned
Requirements Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills
Thorough knowledge ofresearch methods and best practices for conducting surveys
Excellent timemanagement skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellentorganizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills
Proficient withMicrosoft Office Suite or related software (Power BI) used to draft surveys and reports
Education and Experience:
Education and Experience:
Masters degree inMarketing, Business, or related field required
Two - Four years ofrelated experience required
