Associate - TA - US

• Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process.
• Requisition creation and posting on ATS. Check requisition on ATS Site and on catalogue on internal and external sourcing sites and job boards.
• Screening candidates based on the pre-screening question received from hiring manager and scheduling candidates for face to face or for virtual rounds ensuring high attendance/conversion rate.
• Run mass texting and email campaigns for various follow up and scheduling purposes.
• Perform background check and reference checks.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews and handling offers to the candidates.
• Handle candidate queries related to job requirements and interview scheduling. Conduct candidate engagement, notifying new hires on next steps or outstanding items.
• Arrange introductions between new hires and operation managers.
• Meet weekly requirements related to calls and emails. Communicate regularly with key stakeholders to assess candidate pipeline/onboarding status.
