Provide support to talent resourcing initiatives and programs for GM and Corporate recruitment.

Description for Internal Candidates

Role Purpose

This role is based in our New Delhi Office in India. Manage recruitment support activities for General Manager and Corporate recruitment across India, Middle East and Africa. Own and manage resourcing responsibilities that require some subject matter expertise, such as sourcing passive candidates, going through advert response, passive sourcing, social media campaigns, manage reporting, interview scheduling and manage system responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Thorough understanding of candidate attraction, candidate assessment and candidate experience principles
  • An in-depth understanding of the role this plays in employer brand integrity and company brand integrity, and the intersection of candidate pools and guest pools.
  • Use the internal system for requisitions and candidate management, as well as creating regular reports in support of specific client groups.
  • Maintain complete and accurate information on requisitions and candidate activity.
  • Comply with the Company s organization policies and practices relating to employment, maintain compliance with Department of Labor and related government agencies regulations and ensure that recruiting efforts are in compliance with EEO/AA plan.
  • Review and assess applicants against job criteria and make determinations on qualifications for posted roles.
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers and candidates to schedule multi-part in person or virtual interviews, including any necessary travel arrangements, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept updated and have finalized itineraries.
  • Develop and deliver client specific reporting on job status, time to fill and other metrics in support of the department s reporting needs. Review and analyze the data and identify trends - communicate findings to the HR and Resourcing Leadership.
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality customer-focused orientation.
  • Work closely with the Talent Lead and TA Manager to deliver great recruitment and hiring needs for the organisation
  • Keep up to date with trends and data within our field
  • Develop social media campaigns and work with IHGs EVP
  • Working closely with our teams in India, Middle East and Africa.

Key Skills Experiences

Education -

Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Experience -

2 to 5 years HR, Recruiting and/or Sourcing related experience with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position. Prefer experience in a recruiting/resourcing functions.

Technical Skills and Knowledge -

  • Experience in developing and delivering direct sourcing and candidate pipeline plans.
  • Experience in candidate interviewing, assessment and selection arrangement
  • Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective analytical/assessment skills and strong consultative skills to advise and guide hiring managers/applicants.
  • Indepth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong understanding and experience delivering in a high touch, high service resourcing function. Able to juggle multiple responsibilities while meeting or exceeding department SLAs.
  • Must have a high focus on both manager and candidate experience, understanding how online processes and the human-computer interaction intersection drive the employment value proposition
  • Highly developed customer service skills.
  • Strong PC skills (to include knowledge of MS Office software package)
