Job Description

Job Profile: We are looking for a candidate who are curious and passionate about learning by
exploration and aspire to build a career in market analysis or consultancy and combining technical

Position : Sr Business Research Executive Market Research and Industry Engagement
Experience : 1 to 2 years of industry experience or market research experience
Location : Pune
Travel Requirement: Yes (Industry visits and client interactions)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights on manufacturing processes and
the B2B market landscape.

Engage with senior professionals across various industries to probe, negotiate, and gather
in-depth insights.

Analyse industry trends and provide actionable insights for business decision-making.

Build strong relationships with industry stakeholders and maintain professional
communication during interactions.

Travel as required to meet clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site visits for
research purposes.

Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and insights based on research findings.

Qualifications:

Education : Bachelor s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical,

Experience : Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in industry or market intelligence with
exposure to market studies, research reports, manufacturing, operations etc

Skills:
1. Strong proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to engage in conversations and probing to extract critical insights.
3. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and practical application of research.
4. Professional orientation, with the ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders.

Key Competencies:

Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for client engagement, with the ability to
present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Research Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and B2B markets; experience in
gathering and analysing market data.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret research data and derive meaningful business
insights.

Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying client needs and industry
dynamics.

2) Position: Assistant Project Coordinator & Project Coordinator

Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator (male/female) required to support in execution and delivery of market
research projects, ensuring project related details are organized & well documented, deadlines are
met, and team communication flows effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and scheduling research projects, ensuring timelines are adhered to.

Coordinate with internal teams (research, analysis, and fieldwork) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Prepare and maintain documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and status reports.

Manage & maintain documents & records and ensure quality control processes are followed.

Track project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and reporting any deviations.

Qualifications:

Any Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

0-2 years of experience in project coordination

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Note: Candidate would be required to operate from Pune office.
